Ingredients:
- Part 1
- 1 cup plain flour
- 2 tablespoons self-raising flour
- 125 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or yogurt with less brown sugar)
- Part 2
- 125 g walnuts
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instruction:
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Put (Part 1) in the mixer and mix them thoroughly.
- Put half of cake mixture to the base of greased tin.
- Chop walnuts to smaller pieces.
- Combine (Part 2) and sprinkle half of it over the cake mixture.
- Spread the remaining cake mixture on the top and sprinkle with the remaining walnut mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
